New Hires and Employee Changes
  • Please refer to this section when you hire a new employee or employees leave your company or are terminated. It is important that we keep track of individuals who leave your company in the event their names appear on any of our lists, such as emergency contacts and administrative contacts. The following is a list of the steps to take should you have any employee changes.

  • Place order for new access card in advance of new employee's arrival.

  • Inform Property Management so that we may implement any necessary changes to the administrative contact lists and emergency procedures list.

  • Should your new employee need access to the work order system, please contact the Tenant Coordinator for a new password and username.

  • Should your new employee need access to the Easy Lobby system for checking visitors ahead of time, please contact Security at 1-401-808-6781 to request a new username and password.
